Mr. Kang Yu has a Master of International Law from the University of Nottingham, UK. He serves as the Secretary-General of the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association (BRILA), Senior Advisor in International Affairs and Deputy Secretary-General of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) and former Acting Director of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. Mr. Kang Yu has been engaged in international exchanges and cooperation in the field of law and justice for a long time. He has rich experience and is familiar with the rules of international organizations. He has actively carried out comparative research on Chinese and foreign legal and judicial systems and vigorously promoted the BRI legal services. Mr. Kang Yu has made great efforts in promoting the establishment of the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association (BRILA).
