Mr. Manuel Torres Salazar is the council member of the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association (BRILA) and managing partner of Garrigues in China (Beijing and Shanghai Representative Offices). He also serves as an arbitrator of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC), president of the Executive Committee of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China, a member of the Law Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce and a lecturer of the China-EU School of Law of China University of Political Science and Law.
