Mr. Zhang Xuebing has a Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and a LL.M from Duke University, USA. He is the Vice President of the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association (BRILA), Vice President of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), and Managing Partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm. Mr. Zhang Xuebing has international vision and rich practical experience and has been engaged in the management of lawyer profession for a long time. He also serves as a special supervisor of the Supreme People's Court of China and an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
